I am not fishing two poles in this video, but have two setups with only one pole fishing at a time! At one point I had the first line just hanging in the water and was trying to remove it when the second pole got a bite. This could constitute "fishing with two poles", but was not intentional. However, WDFW can very well define it as such, and is quite strict when it comes to Puget Sound Salmon Fishing.
