This is *not* a video meant to attack, shame, or bash Black women. On the contrary, this conversation is rooted in *care, truth, and a desire for healing**. Throughout history, there have been moments where certain individuals chose proximity to power, status, or survival at the expense of the Black community as a whole. When these histories go unexamined, they don’t disappear—they **reappear as unaddressed patterns, toxic trends, and harmful mindsets* that continue to impact Black women today. Ignoring difficult truths does not protect us. *Understanding them does.* By bringing these stories to light, the goal is to: Acknowledge historical betrayals without generalizing or condemning all Black women Identify patterns that continue to show up in modern culture, media, and social dynamics Expose behaviors rooted in self-betrayal, internalized oppression, and unhealed trauma Create space for accountability, discernment, and ultimately *restoration* Healing cannot begin where truth is avoided. It begins when we are willing to confront even the darkest parts of our history with honesty, compassion, and wisdom. This discussion is *educational in nature* and is intended to empower Black women with knowledge—so that harmful cycles are recognized, disrupted, and no longer repeated. *The truth may hurt—but it also heals.* 😃 JOIN MY PATREON ❗: / chezcharde Patreon benefits include: 1️⃣ Access to hours of content NOT available on my YouTube page 2️⃣ 1 on 1 video chats & consultations 3️⃣ Personalized interaction and much, much more! 🙂 Be sure to LIKE the video 👍, subscribe to this YouTube channel ✔️, and ring the notification bell 🔔 so you don’t miss my future uploads!
