I’ll walk you through my harvesting process, how I prep the beans, the exact steps for blanching, and the best way to freeze them so they stay fresh, flavorful, and ready to use anytime. Green Bean Recipe: 1lb fresh green beans 1/4 cup sour cream 2tbsp ranch powder 1/4 cup french fried onions Saute green beans till slighly softened and bright green. Then transfer to a baking dish. Mix sour cream and ranch powder . Pour over beans and top with french fried onions. Bake at 350 for 10 mins.
