The Purple Widow- book trailer
A friend of mine at theatre camp has written her own novel, and is in talks about publishing it. I made this teaser trailer mostly for her enjoyment, but also to tease a few of you until it comes out. Basically, it's a fantasy story with a subtle twist: Snamuhs, creatures who are essentially human except for their pink eyes, are in command of the main kingdoms, whereas humans are a hated race. The green-skinned Supatcos, though, hunger for power and declare war on the Snamuhs. Other than that, it has a comfortably familiar fairy-tale vibe, with all the good parts of one: unlikely heroes, a beautiful princess, a mysterious masked vigilante, monsters, epic battles, and romance. EDIT: The Purple Widow will be released some time in early-to-mid October '09. Look for it! Pictures taken from screencapheaven.com, costumersguide.com, deviantart.com, and Google images.
