Subject: Online Enrollment for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2025 with late fine In continuation with our previous notification : DS(C)/131/24, Dated 09.11.2024 regarding the online enrollment of eligible registered students for appearing in the Madhyamik Pariksha (MP), 2025, which concluded on 18.12.2024, it is noted that 9,281 schools have successfully completed their online enrollment process. However, the Board has decided in the students’ interest to offer a special window, by keeping the enrolment portal open for registered, continuing, or compartmental students who failed to complete their enrollment through their respective schools. The portal will be accessible from 11:00 AM on 23rd December 2024 until midnight on 3rd January 2025. This extended window is specifically for students who missed the initial deadline. Please note that a late fee as admissible will be applicable for all such cases during this period. Instructions for Schools: 1. Schools are directed to complete the enrollment process for any remaining such students within the specified time frame to avoid further hardship for such students. 2. Hard copies of the authenticated enrollment reports (submitted online) along with any required supporting documents shall have to be submitted to the concerned Regional Office for at the earliest for verification and recordkeeping. Sub: Correction of Registration Certificate of Class - IX for academic session 2024 Registration Certificates of the students of your school for the academic session 2024 (Class-IX) are to be handed over to you or your authorized representative by the Board from the respective Camp Office on 20th & 21st December, 2024 (Friday & Saturday). You are, therefore, requested to verify the name along with the photograph of the candidates and the relevant data in the Registration Certificate of the candidates belonging to your school with the relevant document with much care. If any correction of Registration Certificate(s) is/are required, you are requested to contact the respective Regional Council Office of this Board on and from 3rd March, 2025 to 14th March, 2025 (excluding holidays) with necessary prayer for correction supported by documentary evidence with requisite fees.
