Improvement #4 "A Journalist Gone Rogue" is a significant route change, centered around doing the Art Interview instead of the Bank Interview during Max Ingress's "Pressing Questions" mission. This allows me to gain Nobles reputation with Ordon Affluenza instead of losing it, by the Art Interview dialogue branch itself, as well as by taking his "Ford Under Water" mission to convince him to give the name of the artist, then immediately completing it by handing him the Blackmail given by Jessica Airheart in the "Affordance" mission. Effectively a net gain of 12 Nobles rep, this reduces the number of Gerard de Belle dialogue loops from 8 to 2 for getting Nobles to Platinum. The Workers reputation route remains unchanged, but Day 1 is even shorter. Since I now need to burn 8 hours of time in Day 1, I open Trashcans along my route and pray that I don't meet Lady Litterbox. The day is shortened because I still take the "Collect the Rent" mission for the cash payout, but I don't bother completing it, because I am abandoning Merchants reputation in this route. In exchange, "More Pressing Questions" exposes another dialogue loop, this time with Vectoria Sharp for the Artisans, by repeatedly telling her what a great artist she is. After concluding the interview, I leave Max Ingress hanging and go directly to the nearby soapbox in Aestetica to start the riot. This is the best route I have found for three Platinum factions. Further time savings will likely come from reducing to two Platinum factions, at the risk of the crowd speech losing the run if the RNG speech options don’t hit those two factions four times in a row. I will leave that effort for someone else to tackle; I don't have the patience for it. If I were to attempt it, I would make it into a TAS and eliminate the RNG factor altogether.
