Make a prayer of gratitude for the experience and embrace it like it's the best thing for you. 4. Keep your attention unmoving as the aware witness. Don't believe thoughts or give interest in their content. 5. Consciously include the body's experience, allowing it to deeply feel any uncomfortable sensations. 6. Be unconditional with the experience. If you notice movements of wanting to fix it, heal it, change something or get to a different future moment, remain present and simply observe those movements too. 7. Repeat with consistency.
