Bolivar New Gold Medal. A 2023 Release.

Bolivar just released a New Gold Medal, a modified version of an old discontinued cigar called the Bolivar Gold Medal. The first version of the Bolivar Gold Medal was a pre-revolution cigar discontinued in 1992. It was re-released in 2004 in Germany by the German distributor named 5th Avenue as a La Casa del Habano release. Only 1,000 boxes of 10 cigars were made. In 2007 Habanos re-released this cigar as a La Casa del Habano Edition. All these years the vitola did not changed. It was a Cervantes (42 X 165 mm). In 2011 this third release was discontinued. Twelve years later Habanos is now launching the New Gold Medal, same length but bigger ring size, 48X165mm, a Vitola called Partagas 15. It was officially launched (and sold) during the Bolivar night on the Wednesday of the Festival del Habano week. A great cigar to age. Enjoy. P.S.
