Have you ever felt rejected? Did you feel hurt afterwards? Probably the answer to both of these questions is affirmative. We've all felt rejected by other people at some point in our lives, and REJECTION HURTS. Or does it? Yes, it usually does, regardless of our emotional awareness. We CAN however, use rejection as a great learning opportunity to develop ourselves and gain MORE awareness and continue growing as a person. In this video I talk about frames that you can use to approach a difficult situation in which you face rejection, and I provide practical tips on how to deal with rejection and use it as a tool for your personal development. We're all humans, and rejection is an integral part of the human condition. I believe that the better we learn to navigate these situations, the more at peace we will be within ourselves, which will eventually lead to more happiness, kindness and compassion for all of us.
