Bandlaguda Police, Chandrayangutta Division, South East Zone, Hyderabad City, arrested the accused in the murder case within a short time. On 29-10-2025 at about 2245 hrs, on the complaint of Mr. Sajjad, resident of Gaus Nagar, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, a case of murder has been registered regarding the m@der of a person named Mohsin, in front of Azam Emporium Shop, Gaus Nagar, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad. During the investigation, the following accused responsible for the murder of the deceased Mohsin were arrested on 01-11-2025 and produced before the Hon'ble Court for judicial custody. A-1. Syed Shah Fahad, son of Syed Saeed, age approximately 23 years, occupation: cab driver, resident of house number 18-12-418/0/82, C-Block, Hafiz Baba Nagar, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, mobile number 6304994579. A-2. Syed Sohail, son of late Syed Jaffer, age approximately 21 years, occupation: auto driver, H. No. House number 19-13-8/N, Jahangirabad, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, cell number 6301384572 A-3. Mohammad Amer, son of Mohammad Karim, age approximately 24 years, occupation: auto driver, resident of plot number 101-B, Farooq Nagar, Falaknuma, Hyderabad, mobile number 6304415332 A-4. Mohammed bin Abdullah Saif Mohammed Topi, son of Abdullah bin Mubarak Saif, age approximately 32, occupation: auto driver, resident of house number 18-12-418/O/8/C, Omar Colony, Hafeezbaba Nagar, Hyderabad, mobile number 7660041726 A-5. Sheikh Afroz, son of late Sheikh Ghaffar, age approximately 30, owner: cab driver, resident of house number 19-13-8/N, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, cell number 9110319118 During the investigation, it was revealed that the accused were close friends. Accused A-1 Syed Shah Fahad and A-4 Mohammed bin Abdullah Saif alias Mohammed Topi had a rivalry with Riyaz and Hashmat, members of different cow theft gangs. These two gangs held a grudge against them because they had previously informed the police about their criminal activities, leading to their arrest and remand in judicial custody. Subsequently, after being granted bail, some members of the aforementioned gang began searching for A-1 Syed Shah Fahad and A-4 Mohammed bin Abdullah Saif alias Mohammed Topi with the intention of taking revenge and eliminating them. Meanwhile, the deceased Sheikh Mohsin informed them that both gangs were searching for him. It was later discovered that the deceased Mohsin was the one who was passing on their activities and information to rival gangs. Considering this, accused A-1 Syed Shah Fahad and A-4 Mohammed bin Abdullah Saif alias Mohammed Topi, along with other accused, hatched a conspiracy to murder the deceased. Pursuant to their plan, on 29-10-2025, at approximately 2100 hours, accused A-1 to A-3 went to the deceased's paan shop located at Gaus Nagar, Bandlaguda, called him out of the shop, and attacked him with sickles and knives, causing multiple serious injuries and resulting in his death. The entire investigation was conducted by Mr. S. The investigation, conducted under the direct supervision of Mr. Chaitanya Kumar, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, South East Zone, Hyderabad City, and Mr. A. Sudhakar, Assistant Commissioner of Police, commended Police Inspector Mr. R. Devendra and his team for their prompt action in apprehending the accused persons. (S.
