I was excited as I'd plan to document her movement into Baltimore,MD. Monday June 2nd, I Saw she was nearing Virginia Beach, I Got up Early the Next Morning June 3rd-2025, I Got up early and managed to catch her coming into Baltimore at Fells Point. I Did drone footage and footage on the ground. Enjoy! Fells Point, Baltimore, MD.01:09 Stad Amsterdam coming into the Harbor. She is a three masted Clipper,or mid-19th-century merchant sailing vessel, designed for speed. The term was also retrospectively applied to the Baltimore clipper, which originated in the late 18th century. Stad Amsterdam's design was based on the 19th Frigate Amsterdam, by Gerard Dijkstra. The Contract to build her was awarded to Damen Group , Gorinchem, Netherlands circa 1996 and her Keel was laid down there circa 1997. She was launched in 1998, and completed and commissioned at the end of 2000. Stad Amsterdam is 1,022tons(1,038 Short tons).01:50 She measures 249FT 4 inches X 32 ft 10 in (76M X 4M).
