This is the second video in our series on how to air-seal older windows cheaply and easily, saving you thousands on window replacements! Here we show you how to use "rope caulk", also called "cord weatherstrip", to seal up gaps in older windows and reduce the overall air-leakage in your home. This will also help prevent condensation from forming on the glass above these gaps in the wintertime, since it blocks the cold outdoor air from cooling down the glass below the "dew point" inside.
