High frequency IGBT with PWM control provides smooth output voltage of 400V±1% or 415V±1%, for input voltage that varies between 340-460 V or 300-500V(customization possible). Because of its high precision, fast regulation and inbuilt circuit protections , Static Stabilizer is by far the best voltage stabilizer for CNC machines , PLC based machines, paper mills, elevators, medical instrumentation, analytical/laboratory instruments, system calibrations labs etc. These can also be used as main line stabilizer in homes so that individual stabilizer units are not required for protecting expensive appliances. In this IGBT Controlled static stabilizer only the difference voltage is switched through IGBT and is added or subtracted @2500v/sec (minimum) from the mains. This is done electronically without any step changing in voltage which occurs when the system regulates. This is achieved by a feedback control system using digital signal processor (DSP).The input voltage is sensed by DSP and corrections are made by varying the duty cycle of PWM. This gives the Static Voltage Stabilizer such tight regulation and fast correction speed, which is impossible to obtain using conventional methods such as servo voltage stabilizers, SCR/triac type stabilizers, relay type stabilizers etc. It offers absolutely silent operation and pure sinewave output (no waveform distortion).
