This decision isn’t easy, especially after building this wonderful, supportive community. But as many of you know, sometimes we need to pause, reset, and take care of ourselves — mind, body, and soul. In this episode, I explain why I’m stepping away, what I’ve been feeling behind the scenes, and what I hope this break will bring. Don’t worry, I’m not disappearing forever.
