The summer is coming to a end here in Northern Norway. We are still busy renovating our old Scandinavian farm house. We are so much looking forward to move in the house. We can feel the change of the season coming and we try to get everything done before the polar nights are starting. I escaped into the wild nature here to charge my batteries, I made a goulash in the Dutch oven and we picked cantarel mushroom in the Forest.
