Filmed on October 6, 2023 - Now that the initial excitement surrounding the launch of ISO 9001:2015 has subsided, the reality is your organization is either currently certified to ISO 9001:2015, where your current system is undergoing continuous tweaks as a form of continuous improvements, or your organization is considering implementing the standard, to which there is no immediate panic in contrast to what many organizations faced during the transition years (specifically from September 2015 to September 2018). The good news is, if the process for implementing the standard is properly controlled (and it is a process in the traditional sense with inputs, outputs, activities, resources and controls) it is a relatively straightforward undertaking.
