A66 arrives at Castlemaine on 8095 N Car transfer to the Victorian Goldfields Railway- 26/5/23

Video from Friday 26th May 2023 at Castlemaine with the arrival of V/Line's A66 with a pair of retired BTN carriages being transferred from Newport workshops to the Victorian Goldfields Railway, running as 8095. The A is seen arriving in the V/Line Castlemaine loop serving Platform 2 before reversing onto VGR trackage and moving into the loop opposite the VGR's Platform 3. After leaving the cars there the A returns to the mainline and back to Melbourne as 0096 while Y157 moved out to shunt the cars away into one of the car sheds.
