This concrete patio was damaged from severe freezing and thawing due to a harsh winter. The surface was peeling in areas where water soaked into the concrete, expanded and broke the surface. The best way to fix severely damaged stamped concrete is to overlay the entire area and re-stamp it using a stampable overlay as we're doing in the video.
