To fix the hydraulic system on a 1971 Mustang, Bill installs a new hydraulic cylinder and a Scott Drake convertible top hose kit. Installation involves removing the rear seat and quarter trim panels, disconnecting the old cylinder and lines, and replacing them with the new kit. The longer hose connects to the bottom of the cylinder, the shorter to the top, followed by filling and bleeding the system.
