This is not Useful as after removing the rings Skin Comes to Normal where it was, Nothing Gets Streched Final Conclusion as per me is don't buy these Rings and waste your Money if you have mild Phimosis you can do Streching exercises with your Fingures If Streching don't Help then Go for Circumsion, ZSR Circumsion is best to have.
