Unfortunately I have to make another video like this because Nexon is at it again! In Wednesday's update the philosopher's book was released in the cash shop! Containing various special demon slayer collab items as well as a ton of other items. However there was one small issue. Someone at Nexon added the wrong list of items to the box, resulting in players receiving items that were not on the list. No biggy right? Mistakes happen, Nexon refunded the boxes and everyone went their marry way right? WRONG. After players conversed with customer support about the wrongfully obtained items the MapleStory support agents simply said: "Please note that Philosopher's Books which have been opened are not eligible for a refund due to the randomized nature of rewards.
