Here’s a project that I think you’ll dig (pun intended) – 3-D cookie topiaries in cookie garden pots with cookie dirt! I’ve iced them in a red and pink scheme for Valentine’s Day, but picture them in white and ivory as wedding table centerpieces, or in pastels for a baby shower or spring garden party. They use a myriad of decorating techniques, ranging from contouring and dipping dough to making cookie moss and working with edible lace. Silicone Mold sources (Note: I used a combination of silicone molds and round metal teaspoons to shape my topiaries, with the largest globe being about 1 3/4 inches in inner diameter and the smallest being 1 inch in inner diameter.
