Lecture key messages: ◾ Strategies need to identified and evaluated from the pilot-what worked, what needs to be adapted based on new context-you need to understand what is similar and what is different. ◾ Strategies also need to be chosen based on scale-up goals and decisions based on scope, urgency, capacity (among many context) – PLAN FROM THE START! ◾ Using scale up frameworks can help inform where you need to measure context, choose strategies based on mechanism. ◾ Including strategies to identify and plan for adaptation of your strategies and ongoing engagement is critical.
