Malacañang Park, City of Manila July 4, 2022 President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the Presidential Security Group (PSG) Change of Command Ceremony for outgoing PSG Commander, Brigadier General Randolph G. Cabangbang (Philippine Army), at the PSG Grandstand in Malacañang Park, City of Manila on July 4, 2022. BGen. Cabangbang also receives the Distinguished Service Medal, an award given to officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) for the ‘valuable and exceptional service rendered in a position of major responsibility’ as PSG Commander. Colonel Ramon P. Zagala (Philippine Army), former AFP Spokesperson, takes over as the new PSG Commander.
