021922 LAKE WILDWOOD MOBILEHOME FIRE

At 5:30 am Saturday morning, just as temperatures hit the freezing mark Caney Creek Fire was dispatched to a reported mobile home fire in the 9800 block of Lazy Oaks in the Lake Wildwood Subdivision.  Reports said the resident was on oxygen and there was a small explosion. The first unit on the scene reported a mobile home fully involved. With only one fire hydrant several thousand feet away additional tankers were used. Firefighters from Conroe and North Montgomery County Fire Department assisted. The female occupant who fell while exiting was transported to Conroe Regional Hospital by MCHD to be evaluated. The home was a total loss. The Montgomery County Fire Marshals Office will investigate to determine a cause.
