We travel to Bindapur area of New Delhi , India to cover the food documentary . We have shown the story of Hardworking guy who do Part-time another work of Food Delivery from 3 am to 8:30 am IST. The location of this Food Stall is in front of the Bindapur Sewage Pumping Station. This Guy sells only two kind of Items mainly one is Burger and another one known as Tikki and third item is kind of Mix of Burger with the Chickpeas ( modified dish ) . Generally the same Fried Potato dough is used for making Tikki and also for the Burger . He also use the Exhaust fan in summer for prevention of Hot . Normal Fried Burger cost - 30₹ INR Burger with Chickpeas which is modified - 40₹ INR One Tikki ( Fried Potato dough ) with Chickpeas - 25₹ INR Full 2 Tikki with Chickpeas - 35₹ INR In India street food is quite cheap , if you are in this area of Delhi you can give a try at this Stall.This food Business was started by his father 27 years and then his elder brother worked here and since 5 years he is working at the stall .
