Today I challenged myself to cook and eat only South Indian food for the entire day — from breakfast to dinner! 🍛 South Indian food is one of my absolute favorites because it’s simple, comforting, and full of flavor. So today I decided to make a full day of home-cooked South Indian meals in my kitchen and enjoy every meal the traditional way. Here’s everything I made today: ☀️ Breakfast Crispy dosa served with sambar and a delicious peanut chutney. 🍚 Lunch Comforting tomato dal with rice — simple, wholesome and perfect for a satisfying afternoon meal. 🥛 Evening Drink Refreshing neer mor (spiced buttermilk) — the perfect South Indian summer drink. 🍲 Dinner A cozy and flavorful one-pot rasam rice to end the day. Cooking all these meals reminded me how beautiful and comforting South Indian home food can be. Each dish is simple but packed with flavor and tradition.
