STAGE 1: The Machine’s Not Moving!!! – 100 pts On the call of “Go” athletes will Farmer Carry (FC) their bags to their bike, drop bags on the S/F board and complete the prescribed number of calories. After calories have been completed the athlete will Farmer carry their bags back down and drop the bags on the S/F line at the Firing Line, then complete FS1. This sequence will be repeated for two more rounds for a total of three rounds. STAGE 2: Did You Hit it? – 100 pts Stage Description: Starting Position: Athlete between both far rifle positions, Pistol unloaded and holstered, Rifle loaded at high ready (rifle touching belt). On the Audible ‘BEEP’, engage blue and green rifle steel targets in the designated far rifle shooting areas, then move into the second rifle shooting area and engage all rifle paper targets. Once all paper targets are engaged, dump a safe rifle into the designated rifle box and move into the pistol shooting area and engage all pistol targets. Steel requires one audible hit to neutralize. Paper requires 2 anywhere on paper or one hit in the A or T zone to neutralize. STAGE 3: It’s not Fair! – 100 pts On the call of ‘GO’, athletes will move to their bag and carry it through the gauntlet, going over the bars with bag/body AWAY from the firing line, grab a set of magazines, then come back towards the firing line through the gauntlet UNDER the bars with bag/body. Athletes will continue toward the firing line, dropping the bag at the penalty area and proceed to FS1. STAGE 4 - Floater - Max Shuttle Runs – 50 pts Stage Description: On the call of “Go” athletes will complete as many shuttle run lengths as possible in 90 seconds. Athletes touch objects on the ground on each end. STAGE 5 - And I run… I run so Far way – 100 pts Stage Description: Squads will mass start. Athletes will run the marked loop course following orange flags. Time stops once the athlete crosses the Start/finish line. STAGE 6: I Ran but the pump Is Real – 100 pts On the call of “Go” athlete will begin FS1. Once complete the athlete will then move to their box and perform required penalties (1 miss = 1 box step over). Once penalty work is complete athletes will make their way out of their lane and follow the prescribed ruck route to the left, follow the orange marking flags, and through the containers. Athletes will make their way back through their lane and to the firing line for the next FS. This will be completed for a total of 4 rounds. Time stops after FS#4 is complete, completes all penalty work and the athlete crosses the far side SF board. Penalty - Each miss = 1 box step over . Both feet must touch top of box Movement Standard: Two feet touch top of box every rep Athlete Flow: STAGE 7: Aggregate - LCR – 50 pts Stage Description: On the audible beep the athlete will move to either the left or right shooting box and engage that side steel with one audible hit then move to the opposite shooting box and engage that side steel with one audible hit. This sequence continues until all rounds are fired. For any shot that does not produce an audible hit the athlete must perform one shuttle run moving from the current shooting box to the opposite shooting box and back before reengaging the steel target. Each miss requires one shuttle run. Time stops once the last round is fired or the penalty shuttle is complete. STAGE 8: This Is Real Hard – 100 pts Stage Description: On the call of “Go” athlete will perform 10 reps of bag over high bar (body under). Once reps are complete athlete will move to the FL and perform Rifle FS#1. After Rifle FS#1 athlete will move back to their bag back at their yoke and perform another 10 reps bag over high bar, grab a pistol mag then navigate back to the FL to perform FS2 with Pistol. Athletes must touch the table prior to drawing pistol. Failure to do so will result in a stage DQ. This will be repeated for another 6 rounds for a total of 8 rounds. (4 rifle and 4 pistol). After the final FS athlete must get their bag back to the SF board to stop time.
