In this video I will show you all the steps to create a creamy and flavorful pasta, using a few fresh and genuine ingredients such as tomatoes, basil and parmesan. Ideal for lunches and dinners with family or friends! Ingredients: 320g of pasta (of your choice) approximately 1 kg of fresh tomatoes 1 clove of garlic Extra virgin olive oil to taste Fresh basil Grated parmesan to taste Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper Procedure: Heat the oil in a large pan and place the tomatoes cut in half with the flat part on the bottom. Add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Put the lid on and cook for about 15 minutes over medium high heat, stirring rarely. Once cooked, add plenty of basil, replace the lid and let it rest for a minute. Transfer the tomatoes into a container and blend well. Put the cream back in the pan. Cook the pasta al dente and drain it in the pan with the tomato cream. Turn on the heat and stir for a minute.
