Since The Neurosurgery Journey started last month, we’ve talked a lot about the professional development of aspiring neurosurgeons. Starting this week, our Program Spotlight Series will “turn the tables” to learn about how neurosurgery residency programs work to turn newly minted physicians into full-fledged neurosurgeons. Our first Spotlight will feature Dr. Christian Bowers, Program Director of the University of New Mexico Neurosurgery Residency. Dr. Bowers will tell us all about training neurosurgeons in New Mexico’s “Land of Enchantment”.
