Liberty Mutual Insurance appears to be lowering Xactware pricing

Liberty Mutual insurance may have a glitch in Xactware. We have received a revised claim summary where the total amount is incorrect. A X B = C, however on this claim it looks more like A X B = C(66). The total amount has been internally reduced by approximately 33%. When you initially glance at the claim summary everything looks correct until you look at the total. There is no indication by the claim summary that the adjuster or software internally manipulated the numbers, but this is what appears to have occurred. We are hoping that this is a one time experience, however we keep you updated. We are not insurance experts nor adjusters.
