No problem! And don't worry if pork isn’t your go-to—this recipe works perfectly with chicken too. Budget-friendly and done in just 10 minutes, it’s bound to be your new favorite! ✨ Spring is here, and as the seasons change, it’s important to take care of yourself. Wishing you happiness and good health 🌷 [Ingredients] Thinly sliced pork or chicken... 8 oz (about 250g) Salt and pepper... to taste Cooking sake (or dry white wine)... 1 tbsp Cornstarch... 2 tbsp Vegetable oil... 2–3 tbsp (Sweet and Tangy Glaze) Soy sauce... 2 tbsp Vinegar... 2 tbsp Sugar... 2 tbsp Mirin (or 1 tsp honey + 1 tsp water)... 1 tbsp (Tartar Sauce) Egg... 1 Mayonnaise... 3 tbsp Sugar... a pinch Salt and pepper... to taste Vinegar... 1 tsp [Directions] 1. Prepare the Tartar Sauce Crack an egg into a microwave-safe bowl and poke the yolk. Microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Mash the egg and mix with the remaining ingredients. 2. Prepare the Meat Arrange the pork (or chicken) slices in a pan. Add sake, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Coat the meat evenly with cornstarch and shape it into small bite-sized portions. 3. Cook Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the meat on both sides until golden brown. 4. Simmer the Glaze Remove excess oil from the pan and add the ingredients for the glaze. Bring it to a boil, then toss the meat to coat it quickly (be careful not to overcook). 5.
