Becoming Light: Sound, Water and Light Healing Meditation with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls

Becoming Light. Watching sunlight on water is one of my favorite therapies - from receiving the negative ions of the water to the meditative action of the waves to the transcendent play of light. Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls help relax the mind, heal the body, and open access to higher consciousness. Together, the effect is magical. Some thoughts on Becoming Light: The collective world often clothes itself in chaos, wearing conflict and misery like a never-changing fashion. Not only that, it appears to constantly rip its garments to shreds. Know this: The world falling apart does not mean Life itself is falling apart. It does not mean YOU are falling apart. You are not a mini-version of the craziness and chaos, an obligatory echo of everything else. You are not inexorably living the state of the material world. Unless you are. When the truth of the light within you becomes the dominant reality you live, you claim your sovereignty. This innerverse, as a friend calls it, feels wonderfully good. It's full of radiance, encouragement, and freedom, and is always dancing in love and possibility. This innerverse does not ignore or negate the world's chaos. It simply knows there is a greater path unfolding. For me, choosing this reality begins with the radiance of my own heart. Every day I tend and tune it, firing up its natural warmth. This glow within has become an inner outfit I intentionally wear. It’s a pure relief every time. And so real. As I repeatedly don my inner outfit of light, the reality of love becomes more luminous, visible and real everywhere I look. Living light from the inside out, everything brightens. Nothing outside of us needs to change to lighten the load. The outer reality will continue with the damaging trends of the day, the styles of power over, harm, greed. And still…your inner outfit can clothe your entire world in light. Both can be true at once. This is what some mean by different timelines, where the earth has a primary split and old earth continues with its wars, conflict, and hate, and new earth blossoms with unity, peace and love. For me, I understand these different timelines as simultaneously realities. In many ways they are mutually exclusive, negating each others’ truth and existence. And yet they both exist in full measure in the same time and space. This is the cognitive dissonance for many. How can it be new earth when all of this is happening? Because the golden age dawns first within you. Tend the light. Wear your inner outfit of radiance and love, no matter what. And see what happens. Why not? You’ve probably tried everything else.
