There are five steps to affordability, but we all miss the mark all over the world By watching this video you will understand the different phases and responsibilities that comes with building affordability without external input. 1st phase: Living with parents and understanding boundaries 2nd phase: Living in shared living spaces with others and understanding your boundaries and what you like in a community and what you define as affordable. 3rd Phase: Making the decision to rent and live by yourself. And/ or 4th phase: Deciding to not be just financially invested in a housing journey, but also be emotionally invested in build affordability plan together with another individual while renting the same space. 5th Phase: Buying a house, and using the skills that you built from all four phases. To not only invest financially in your future, but join a community and collaborate to serve others. This Creates affordability and pathways for all.
