I used to somewhat dislike this fight on no roll because in phase 1 you used to play very passively: stand at long range, bait his jump attacks, hit him a few times and then run away again. But it turns out you can play very aggresively in phase 1 and punish all of his moves except for a few. The tricky part about these strats is dealing with one of his combos at closer range: when he does the combo at 0:19 where he does a jumping horizontal swing followed by a slam when you aren't super far away, the way to avoid the slam is to either run right or run into him after the horizontal swing:    • Gael hop steps in close range   (if you just keep running straight away from him you'll get hit). This makes it possible to punish most of his attacks and consistently survive any possible followup attacks :)
