Stefania Manfreda is an Italo-Ghanaian designer, entrepreneur, and curator known for her visionary contributions to Ghana’s creative and cultural landscape. As the founder of concept stores Lokko House and Elle Lokko, Stefania has spent over 13 years fostering innovation, supporting local talent, and curating dynamic spaces for Accra’s burgeoning creative community. Through her work, she has provided platforms for young artists, designers, and entrepreneurs to showcase their craft and grow their brands. Stefania’s ambitions extend beyond retail and events. She is establishing a training institute as a creative hub for local youth, enabling collaboration with Ghanaian talent and reducing reliance on imported expertise. Passionate about amplifying local voices, Stefania continues to shape Accra’s urban culture while championing sustainability, innovation, and community empowerment.
