STC OOSEM Update Adding the Integrated Set of Needs (ISON)

This presentation was given by Adam Skrzpczak at the INCOSE RWG April meeting. During this presentation, Adam, provided an overview of Strategic Technology Consulting’s (STC) incorporation of the Lifecycle Concepts and Needs Definition activity (aka Integrated Set of Needs, ISON) into the Object-Oriented Systems Engineering Method (OOSEM). As part of the presentation, Adam discussed the drivers for the change, clarified terms, process step updates, and a profile to support it. This presentation also includes Q&A that occurred during the presentation. Presenter: Adam Skrzpczak, Lead Chief – MBSE at Strategic Technology Consulting (STC). Adam worked at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ from 2012-2021 as a Lead Systems Engineer supporting munitions development, fuzing systems, fire control, and weapons development. Started at STC in 2021. He grew MBSE competency skills under the Chief Engineer at the time . Adam has worked across several domains for Army, USAF, USMC, and Commercial entities, gaining experience across the spectrum of systems employed there.
