As much as I love the size and structure, it has become overwhelming for me in my current mental health state. Instead of forcing myself into a system that feels too heavy, I’m experimenting with something different: a personal wide rings planner (which perhaps could be a Filofax personal planner in the near future?). I talk through what this shift means, why I’m leaning into a more minimalist setup, and how I’m trying to make planning supportive rather than stressful. This isn’t about having the “perfect” system, it’s about listening to what I need right now and adjusting my tools to match. If you’ve ever felt weighed down by your planner or journaling style, maybe you’ll relate to this transition. ________________ Disclaimer: Some of the links in this description may be affiliate links.
