Making Kodak D-19 high contrast Developer from scratch | Developing Black and white Film at Home

In this video I will show you how to make Kodak D-19 high contrast developer from scratch by using raw chemicals. Back in the day this developer was mostly used in the industry of x-ray material but it can also be used for developing different films like Kodak tri-x, Fomapan R-100 and infrared as well as holograms, aero films... Because of the high density image it produces it also works great with glass dry plates, especially if you plan to make contact prints with it using different alternative processes like albumen print or cyanotype. I also believe it should work great as a first developer in the reversal developing process but I still have to try it out. Kodak D-19 has many uses and it's also easy to make.
