In today's travel Mexico vlog we dig in to a Taxco classic - pozole blanco! Though pozole is popular across Mexico, you can't find pozole blanco in too many places! According to the interwebs "Pozole is a traditional soup or stew from Mexico. It is made from hominy, with meat (typically pork), and can be seasoned and garnished with shredded cabbage, chile peppers, onion, garlic, radishes, avocado, salsa or limes.
