These Dr. Martens 1460 boots have been worn for more than 20 years. The owner had being wearing them very often even though the leather condition got worse and several areas on the uppers showed cracks with couple decades of wear. Finally, the shafts had totally ripped off and the vamps also broke. The owner love them so much that he wants to put them on and add miles on them, so he brought them to us. We patched a piece of leather inside as backing and zig-zag-stitched all the broken and cracked areas for reinforcement. Though the patch and stitches are inevitably apparent, on the other hand, these repair marks also add some characters on these old faithful pals.
