The camp is only a mere 17 minutes drive from the Tucson Mountain District of the Saguaro National Park. Camping here is primitive which means there are no amenities (Restrooms, Showers etc.) so make sure you pack and bring what you need otherwise it will not be enjoyable. Also if you want to camp on the hill of the grounds like I did it would be preferred to do this with an AWD or 4X4 vehicle as you may get stuck otherwise.
