The festival took place at the Cave-In-Rock Illinois. The "Gathering of the Juggalos" was created in 2000 by the Insane Clown Posse. Master P and the Louis V Mob brought lots of energy as they opened up with "Make'em Say Ughh", they rocked the 30k+ rowdy "JUGGALOS" in attendance with their one hour set of classic Master P records and a number of New "No Limit Forever" Hits.
