Pilates for Mobility, Flexibility and Core Strength | 30 Minute Morning Pilates Workout

Join me for a 30 minute morning pilates practice to increase core stability, improve mobility and flexibility. This is a full body workout with many traditional pilates exercises that target core strength as well as deep stretches to help you start your day feeling fit, flexible and relaxed. You will feel this one in a good way! Please note this workout has all the rolling exercises in it so be sure that your spine is ok with rolling and that you have a very cushioned practice mat to work on. I would also recommend this session for any keen athletes and dancers who want to enhance their fitness by incorporating mindful movement in their fitness routines.
