Welcome to our newest video guys! This time we wanted to share with you a bit of our winter sauna rituals, because it’s important for us to keep our bodies healthy and happy, especially during winter. Tom says that for him as a blacksmith sauna is the only place he can fully clean his body: “Nothing is as good as a hot sauna. It helps muscles , body and spirit.” For us this video embodies our winter this year. As usual the days are short, weather cold, so sauna for us meant coming together with our friends and family, enjoying the togetherness and feeling the heat warm our bones. But with this we’re also saying goodbye to winter and are stepping into the spring to come.
