# 62 : Solving the Reactions of a Simply Supported Beam with Inclined Roller Support

In this session we take up another problem of a statically determinate simply supported beam where we intend to solve for the reactions using the equations of equilibrium. However, in this case the problem is a touch more complicated than the problems we have solved earlier. In this session, we discuss about the details of solving the problem manually. In the next session, we intend to model this same problem in STAAD.Pro and will interpret the Reaction Results and compare that with the results we obtain today. I hope you enjoy the session.
