I mean, some of you are reading this before watching the video. This took hours due to this game being so SLOW! BLEGH! and yes, getting the crashed bus and giant vine are necessary. And no, the bridge only dropped because i stole from the shopkeep. I checked other possibiliies. After killing the mimic with the shotgun you can't steal the shotgun again either, so... oops.... Good thing I didnt wanna ever touch this game again AND HEY, SINCE I CANT USE THE SHOTGUN, MAYBE SOMEONE SHOULD TRY TO KILL THE DARK LORD WITH THE SHOTGUN INSTEAD? sounds good to me! And yes, it is possible. You just need to clear the path to the Princess with a Shovel or Bomb, sacrifice them to the altar, then just get the sword and gun and nothing else (and getting the vine by sacrificing the princess is still necessary).
