COMME DES GARCONS HOMME PLUS 1994 AUTUMN/WINTER FALL/WINTER SHOW "OFFBEAT HUMOR"; IG:HERREN_UOMO

Titled "Offbeat Humor", that's the most coveted Comme Des Garcons Homme Plus collection to date in my opinion. First collection that featured BOILED WOOL or SHRUNKEN WOOL (japanese: 縮絨) that has been used extensively by different CDG lines in subsequent collections to date. A collection that didn't seem to age at all and still looks so modern and avant-garde. Lots of un-structured blazers, sleeveless jackets, "kilts", oversized sweaters, worn by models on thick-sole platform shoes. IIRC, it was also the first CDGH+ collection that was shown in a non-runway setting . Models (French circus performers) presented fashion pieces in groups/gangs where they hang out and socialize in a playground. You will see SS18 presented on a disco floor but that was like 25 years after!!
