These past few weeks I have not been able to get a grip on our home. They say your environment is often a reflection of your mind… and I’ve been in a funk, feeling overwhelmed, and unmotivated. But if you are a mom you know we have to keep going. I recently started listening to Atomic Habits by James Clear on Audible, and it has changed my perspective. Just because the change in your life is not drastic does not mean it doesn't matter. Real change and transformation takes time. Small habits really shape the trajectory of our lives. If you can commit to getting just 1% better each day, you’re doing more than you think. Today’s video is a realistic cleaning vlog + apartment reset with two little ones. I’m sharing some of the mindset shifts and habit-building tips I’m learning as I try to build healthy routines as a mom of two.
