In this Silhouette Studio tutorial, we go through the steps needed to turn a plain image into a multi layered decal (cut file). I've found that the coloring pages from Creative Fabrica work perfectly for this project! We're going to go through the trace panel, the color fill panel, editing points, release compound path, and more. I cut the vinyl out on my Silhouette Cameo 5, and then place the decal on my Portrait 4.
